Authorized representative for the DH/complainant suffered a statement, which is recorded separately to the effect that he has received demand draft bearing No.011732 dated 16.03.2024, of Rs.8,300/-, drawn at HDFC Bank, new Colony more Gurugram, in compliance of order under execution application, now nothing remains due, towards the JD/OP. As such, he withdraws the present execution application, being fully satisfied. Photocopy of the demand draft placed on record.

                   In view of the statement suffered by authorized representative for the DH/complainant, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied. Certified copy of the order be sent to the parties concerned, free of costs as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
