This record is put up today on the strength of the put up petition filed by the Complainant.
It is stated in the petition that the Complainant filed the instant Consumer Complaint alleging deficiency in service and unfair trade practice against the Ops. During pendency of this Complaint the disputed matter has already been amicably settled between the parties and the Complainant has no interest to proceed with this case.
The Complainant also files a withdrawal petition stating that during pendency of this Complaint disputed matter has already been settled amicably between the parties out of court and the Complainant is fully and finally satisfied with the settlement. As such, the Complainant has no grievance or any allegation against the Ops. The Complainant also undertakes that he will never lodge any complaint in any Court in future in connection of the disputed matter against the Ops. Prayer is made to dispose of the case upon full and final settlement between the parties amicably out of Court.
As the Complainant by putting the withdrawal petition and signed the same prays for dispose of the case upon full and final settlement between the parties amicably out of Court, we are of the opinion that the instant Consumer Complaint should be disposed of with full and final settlement.

that the present Consumer Complaint being No. 139/2018 be and the same is disposed of with full and final settlement amicably by and between the parties.
