Copy of Notice of Public Announcement under Regulation 6 of the insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India has placed on record. 

In view of the above mentioned Notice passed by Insolvency Professional, that the National Company Law Tribunal has ordered to commencement of a corporate insolvency resolution process of Cox & Kings Ltd. on 22/10/2019. The creditors of M/s Cox & Kings Ltd., are hereby called upon to submit their claims with proof on or before 06/11/2019 to the interim resolution professional at the address mentioned against entry no. 10.

Hence, the present complaint is adjourned as sine-die, subject to revival of this case on the application of the complainant .
