ORDER

THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to refund a sum of Rs.31,500/- being the advance amount paid by the complainant along with interest at the rate of 24% p.a. from 17.02.2012 to till the date of realization and to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- towards compensation for deficiency in service, physical strain, mental harassment and agony with cost to the complainant.

 

This case is settled before the Mediation Centre and an amount of Rs.31,500/- paid towards full satisfaction.  Hence this case is dismissed as settled out of this Forum.  Letter from the Mediation Centre along with Memo of Compromise form part of the order.
