Heard the Ld. Advocate for the complainant and perused the materials on record.

Complainant’s main grievance is that o.p.s forced the complainant to travel through Delhi Airport for the scheduled European hired tour.

O.p.s have already informed the complainant by their letter dated 16/10/2013 that the complainant’s request was taken into consideration but Ex-Kolkata tickets were not promised.

The agreement was signed by both parties.

The two related documents were handed over by complainant on 05/06/2013, i.e. 4 days prior to the schedule of departure.

The complainant did not dispute about the domestic sector travel at that point of time.

So we find no deficiency in service on the part of o.p.s.

In view of the above position, the case is rejected.
