ORDER

 

Perusal of the record shows that Complainant was lastly appeared on 17/02/2020 and also noting a proposal of Rs. 2,75,140/- was given by the OP against the amount of Rs. 2,99,000/- . Thereafter no appearance has been entered by the complainant. It seems that Complainant received the above said settlement amount. Commission is not inclined to accommodate complaint any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation. File be consigned to record room.
