Case   record is  put up   today . Both   the parties   have   filed a   joint   petition no- 37 dtd. 9/1/2015     praying for   settlement   of  this   case. Heard   both the parties . The   complainant   is personally   present   and   stated  that the  dispute   is  amicably   settled   outside   of the   forum. Seen  joint   petition  marked  as  “X”   filed   by both  the  parties   stating   in respect   of amicable   settlement   of the   case   at the   Rs.80,000/-  between the parties. Parties are  identified   by ld.  counsels.   In view   of settlement   the  present case   is  disposed   of  on compromise   . The   joint petition  is allowed   which  will be   part  of the record.
