ORDER

                    Vakalatnama has been filed on behalf of OPs. Sh. Pradeep Sharma, counsel for the OPs has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                   “On instructions of my client, the OPs offer to pay a sum of Rs.27,000/- to the complainants within 30 days from today in full & final settlement of the dispute towards this complaint”. 

                   Sh. Deepak Verma, complainant No.2 in person and on behalf of complainant No.1 has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                   “I have heard the statement of the learned counsel for the OPs and I accept the same. I withdraw this complaint and membership may be deemed to be cancelled on the receipt of the above said payment”.

                   In view of the above, it is ordered that the OPs shall pay a sum of Rs.27,000/- to the complainant within 30 days from today i.e.20.07.2016, failing which the OPs shall pay the same amount along with interest @18% p.a. from the date of this order till the payment is made. ­Hence, the complaint is disposed of accordingly.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
