Complainant no.2 in person is present and submits their case. Upon considering his submissions and on careful scrutiny of the entire materials on record, we find that the consideration has been paid to o.p. by complainant no.1 only. So, there is no locus standi of complainant no.2 to be termed as consumer as per the definition of ‘consumer’ of the C.P. Act, 1986 since complainant no.2 has not deposited any consideration to o.p. All the consideration has been made by complainant no.1 to o.p. as reveals from receipt enclosed with the petition of complaint.

In view of the above, the instant complaint petition is rejected since complainant no.2 has no locus standi to become a consumer as stated above.
