Ld. Advocate for the complainant has filed a verified petition stating that the case has been settled down in between the parties at Rs. 26,000/- (Rupees twenty six thousand) only out of the Commission, and the OP No. 1 & 2 has already paid the settlement amount to the complainant which he received with full satisfaction of the compromise. As such, the complainant is not willing to proceed with the case further and prays for dispose of the Case for non-prosecution. He also files a copy for Memorandum of Understanding.

Heard the Ld. Advocate for the complainant. Perused the petition and the Memorandum of understanding. It appears that the OP Nos. 1 & 2 have paid the settlement amount of Rs. 26,000/- (Rupees twenty six thousand) only to the complainant and the case has been settled down on compromise between them and the complainant is not willing to proceed with the case further.

Considered. The prayer of the complainant is allowed.

Hence, it is

                                       Ordered

that this case be and the same is disposed of for non-prosecution.

Let a copy of this order be given to the parties on free of cost.
