During arguments on admission it reveals that there are lot of defects in the complaint. Complainant wishes to withdraw the complaint with the liberty to file fresh. Heard allowed. In view of the above submission made on behalf of the complainant, the present complaint is disposed off as withdrawn with liberty to file the same. As per law, Office is directed to return the complaint along with all the documents after retaining the copy of the same for records. Case is disposed off accordingly.
