COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

Present:          Complainant No.1 in person and authorized representative for the complainant No.2.

                        Mr.R.B.Singh, Adv., for the Op.

                                                             

                        Today the case was fixed for arguments. At this stage, counsel for the OP has made a separate statement in which he states that the Op is ready to return the deducted amount of Rs.23,400/- to complainants in lieu of compromise. The OP will send the cheque of Rs.23,400/- to the complainants within 10 working days.

Complainant No.1 and authorized representative for the complainant No.2 has also made a separate statement in which he states that he is ready for the settlement in view of the statement given by counsel for the OP. So, he wants to withdraw the present complaint.

                        Heard. In view of the statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. We order accordingly.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
