Today the case was fixed for issuing notice to the OP for want of RC and copy of complaint. However, complainant Sunil Kumar appeared in made a statement that as per the assurance of the OP, the matter will be settled between the parties amicably and therefore, he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and withdraws the same.
