On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that complainant has erratic appearance as he appeared on 03.03.2022, absent on 23.05.2022 then on 12.10.2022 a friend of his appeared taking an adjournment on grounds of absent of complainant. Commission cannot incline to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution & indiscipline in light of the detailed observation.
