ORDER:

                             Today the case was fixed for arguments.

2.                          Instead of arguing the case, Shri Jenson Babu, Assistant Manager, Country club i.e. OP. has made a statement that “Opposite party ready to register the plot after payment of balance amount of Rs.1,53,917/- as full and final settlement amount, by the complainant.  A period of 90 days may kindly be granted for registration of property.”

3.                          Shri  Santosh Kumar Rana s/o Mathura Rana, R/o H.NO. B-13, 2^nd floor, Dayal Bagh Colony, Surajkund, Faridabad has made statement that “I have heard and agree with the statement of Assistant Manager of opposite party and ready to pay the balance amount of Rs.1,53,917/- as full and final settlement amount within seven days to the opposite party.  The period of 90 days will start from encashment of payment of balance amount.

4.                          On  the basis of the statement of both the parties, the Commission is of the opinion that the complaint is  disposed off with the direction to opposite party that after receiving the balance payment of Rs.1,53,917/- as full and final settlement amount from the complainant, opposite party  will issue the conveyance deed of the plot in question/registration of property within 90 days from the date of receiving the payment from the complainant.  Copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs.  File be consigned to the record room.
