     Vakalatnama on behalf of JD No.1 & 2 received through petition box and e-mail. A letter/communication has been received from JD No.3 through e-mail and petition box regarding compliance of the order dated 19.01.2021 passed in CC/603/2019.

     It has been stated on behalf of complainants/DHs that they have received the decretal amount and therefore they withdraw the present execution application. Hence, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn. Certificate of recovery issued to the District Collector, U.T. Chandigarh, is hereby cancelled and be called back unexecuted forthwith.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
