BEFORE THE LOK-ADALATH

Appellants present – Mr. A.N. Somashekar files vakalath for respondent and also files a Joint Memo submitting that the matter has been settled for a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- in three installments starting from 15.05.2023.  Accordingly, we direct the respondent to pay Rs.2,00,000/- on 15.05.2023 as first installment, Rs.1,00,000/- on 15.06.2023 and another sum of Rs.1,00,000/- on 15.07.2023. 

In view of the above settlement, the appeal is disposed-of before Lokadalath.
