ORDER

1.        This is an application filed by applicant/complainant for release of deposit money as per order dated 01.02.2016 passed by the Hon’ble National Commission in Revision Petition No.4168 of 2014. As per the order dated 01.02.2016, the Hon’ble National Commission, in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, disposed of the revision petition with the direction to the District Forum concerned to release a sum of Rs.37,500/- already deposited by the petitioner (OP) to the respondent (complainant) with accrued interest, if any.

2.        Notice of the application was given to the OPs. Sh.Pradeep Sharma, Advocate, has filed vakalatnama on behalf of OPs. He has made statement in the shape of endorsement on the application itself that he has no objection if sum of Rs.37,500/- alongwith interest is released to complainant.

3.        In view of the position explained above, the complainant is entitled to get the amount deposited with accrued interest. Accordingly, the application is allowed. Office is directed to take necessary action for release of Rs.37,500/- alongwith accrued interest thereon to the complainant. The application stands disposed off. After release of the amount, this application be consigned to record room with the main file. Copy of this order be also placed on record the execution application file, if any.
