ORDER
Heard. On request, this case has been taken up today in the Lok Adalat and the matter has been settled. Statement of Sh.Pradeep Sharma, Counsel for OP No.1 & 2 and that of Sh.Vishal Mehta, Counsel for Complainant have been recorded, in view of which the present consumer complaint is disposed off being settled. Statement of counsels for the parties recorded today shall form a part of this order and shall be binding on both the parties. It is made clear that in case the amount settled is not paid to the complainant by OP No.1 & 2 as agreed upon, this order shall be treated as executable decree and the complainant shall be at liberty to get the same executed by filing an execution.         Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. Statement of Sh.Pradeep Sharma, Counsel for Opposite Party(OP) No.1 & 2.

 

 

The matter has been settled with the complainant. As per settlement, the OP No.1 & 2 has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.75,000/- to the complainant towards full and final settlement in this consumer complaint. The complainant has agreed to the same. The said amount shall be paid to the complainant by way of draft within 30 days from today. In the event of failure of payment of this amount, OP No.1 & 2 will pay Rs.5,000/- as penalty. After the receipt of payment by the complainant, his membership shall stand cancelled. Appropriate order may be passed.
