ORDER
Sh.Pradeep Sharma, Advocate, puts in appearance on behalf of OPs and filed vakalatnama.      Heard. The parties have settled the matter. Statement of Sh.Pradeep Sharma, Counsel for OPs and that of Sh.Sanjeev Kumar Dhar, Authorized Representative of Complainant have been recorded separately, in view of which the present consumer complaint is disposed off being settled. Statement of the parties recorded today shall form a part of this order and shall be binding on them. It is made clear that in case the amount settled is not paid to the complainant by OPs as agreed upon, this order shall be treated as executable decree and the complainant shall be at liberty to get the same executed by filing an execution.         Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.

Statement of Sh.Pradeep Sharma, Counsel for Opposite Parties(OPs).

 

 

The matter has been settled between the parties. As per settlement, the OPs have agreed to refund a sum of Rs.80,000/- plus Rs.5,000/- as compensation/litigation costs (totaling Rs.85,000) to the complainant towards full and final settlement in this consumer complaint. The said amount shall be paid to the complainant within 30 days from today. In the event of failure of payment of this amount, it shall carry on penal interest @ 12% p.a from the date of filing of the present consumer complaint till its realization.
