Present :-          Shri Harjinder Kumar Khatter complainant in person.

                    Complaint taken up in National Lok Adalat held today on 09/12/2017.

            In view of separate statement of the complainant dated 04.12.2017  the opposite party  corrected utility  charges of the complainant as per agreement between the parties. The opposite parties uploaded utility charges of complainant as per annexure R-I.  The dispute is  settled between  the parties.   Therefore the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being settled and satisfied.
