ORDER

 

On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that complainant lastly appeared  on 08/11/2019 when the matter is fixed for final. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant for several consecutive hearings including today. We find from the rocord that OP’s address is Greater Kailash.Therefore this Commission has no territorial jurisdiction.   Commission is not inclined to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution as well as non-maintainbility in light of the detailed observation.
