Record is put up on prayer of the Ld. Advocate for the JDr. Ld. Advocate for the JDr. submits that in compliance of the order dated 16.07.2018 passed by this Forum in CC/16/2018, from which this execution case is arose, JDr. is ready to deposit decreetal dues and for which tenders one Demand Draft bearing no.132368 dated 13.03.2019 drawn on Axis Bank Ltd. issued in the name of the DHr. – “Shikha Kundu” amounting to Rs.1,05,732/-, with the prayer for acceptance of the same, recalling warrant of arrest issued against JDr. and also disposal of the present execution case.

                                  Heard Ld. Advocate for the JDr. Seen the order dated 16.07.2018 passed by this Forum in CC/16/2018. Considered.

                                    Let the Demand Draft of Rs.1,05,732/- (Rupees One Lakh Five Thousand Seven Hundred and Thirtytwo) Only be accepted. Warrant of Arrest issued against Authorised Person, Country Vacations is recalled, if already issued. Inform the concerned Police Station at once. Office to keep the DD aforesaid in safe for the present. DHr. to collect the DD from the office on furnishing necessary identification and receipt. 

                                 As the order of this Forum is complied with in full, the execution case be and the same is disposed of on full satisfaction. Record need not be placed in ezlas on the next date.
