[1]       Complainant alongwith Counsel present, filed application for taking the matter on today’s board.  Matter is taken on today’s Board.  As also filed application for withdrawal of the complaint.    Application is allowed. 

[2]          Since the Complainant wish to withdraw the complaint, we proceed to pass the following order :-

1. The complaint stands withdrawn and disposed off.
2. No order as to costs.
3. The certified copy of this order be furnished to the Complainant free of costs.
