Perused file. It is true that none is appearing for the complainant since last dates of hearings i.e. 15.11.2017, 02.04.2018, 31.10.2018, 21.05.2019, 05.09.2019&11.12.2019 consecutively. Several calls have been given since morning. But none on behalf of the complainant has appeared. Though on record is an application dated 24.06.2019 of the complainant that he will not appear on 05.09.2019 as will not be available in India and has sought date vide the said application in the last week of September-2019.
It appears that the complainant is not interested in pursuing his case diligently. It will be abuse of process to proceed further in the absence of the complainant. Hence complaint is dismissed in default for the reasons mentioned above. File be consigned to record room.
