Perusal of the judgment rendered by the District Forum and the State Commission goes to show that the petitioner was given treatment   for his broken ankle.    The accident   had   occurred on 10-12-2007.   He was rushed to the Government Hospital, Sector-32, Chandigarh.  Thereafter, he was shifted to the Hospital of the respondent on 11-12-2007.  The Foras below came to the conclusion that the committee of experts had an occasion to consider the relevant medical record and upon consideration of the test reports, etc., it was found that there was no deficiency in the service rendered by the respondent.  It was found that the petitioner is an old aged person and had suffered badly comminuted fracture of                   distal end of tibia and fibula.  In case of old aged persons, it is of common knowledge, that the bones become brittle and therefore, opinion of the experts that such fracture could be a case of non-union due to degenerative factors, was accepted by both the Foras below.  No perversity is noticed from the findings of the Foras below. This is not a case in which revisional jurisdiction may be invoked.  Hence, the revision petition is dismissed.
