            Present : None for complainant.

                            Counsel for complainant had moved an application for adjournment on 28.08.2017 stating therein that in the application pending before the Hon’ble High Court after admission notice has been issued to the opponent but no stay has been granted and counsel requested for adjournment. As the complaint filed in this forum is at the initial stage and  winding up proceedings against the OP company are pending before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court in Company Petition no. 152/2016 titled as Rajni Anand V/s Cosmic Structures. Ltd.  and O.L. has been appointed on 11.01.2017 to which the counsel for the complainant also agrees and since no stay has been granted by the Hon’ble High Court in the application filed by the complainant so  in view of the provisions of section 446 of the Companies Act 1956 these cases cannot be proceeded with in this forum. Accordingly the complaint is not maintainable U/s 446 Companies Act 1956 and the same is dismissed. The complainant  may approach the official liquidator for redressal of her grievance.

        Copy of the order be sent to the complainant as per law.  File be consigned to record room.
