          As it is in the notice of this Forum that winding up proceedings against the OP company are pending before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court in Company Petition no. 152/2016 titled as Rajni Anand V/s Cosmic Structures. Ltd. an O.L.

has been appointed on 11.01.2017.  The complainant is directed to approach the Official Liquidator and file his claim before him. Hence the complaint is not maintainable under the provisions of Section 446 of Companies Act 1956 in this Forum and the same is dismissed.

 Copy of the order be sent to the complainant as well as to the official liquidator as per law.
