1. The complainant has filed this complaint on 01-12-2016 and alleged that on  30.05.2016 at 2.35 PM , he  tried to withdraw amounting  to  Rs.10,000/-  from ATM of Corporation Bank at Jhandewalan, New Delhi 110055 but cash was not disbursed to him , so he cancelled the transaction and left the place and had not received any slip from the ATM and after 1-2 minutes he had received the message on phone that amount had been deducted. Complainant informed the guard sitting on duty as well as sent e-mails  to OPs and also  lodged a police complaint and sent its copy to SBI. Complainant also alleged that he has also approached Banking Ombudsman as well as Prime Minister Office but did not get any reply. Hence  complainant prayed to direct OPs to pay Rs. 10,000/- with interest and cost of litigation.
2. Notices were issued to OPs.
3.  On 03.01.2017 complainant filed an application and  clarified that the opposite party has deposited Rs. 10,000/- in his account and he did not want to proceed further against OPs  in this case and its complaint shall be treated as closed. 
4. As complainant is not seeking any further relief and did not want to proceed further in the case and requested to close the case, therefore, the prayer in this complaint has become infructuous and the case is dismissed accordingly.
5.  Copy of the order made available to the parties free of cost as per law.

     File  be consigned to record room.
