Present: None for complainant. Sh. S.L. Sachdeva, Advocate for ops no.1 and 2. Sh. A.S. Kalra, Advocate for op no.3.  
Today the case is fixed for evidence of complainant subject to last and final opportunity. Case called several times since morning, but none has appeared on behalf of complainant. It is already 4.00 p.m. Case is also finally called at 4.00 p.m. but despite that none has appeared on behalf of complainant. Further wait is not justified. The present complaint was filed on 23.11.2020 and complainant has already availed various opportunities including three last opportunities but has failed to lead his evidence. On previous date it was made clear that in case evidence is not led on the next date of hearing, the same shall be deemed to be closed and today none has appeared on behalf of complainant. So, it appears that complainant is not interested to pursue further with his complaint. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default for non appearance and prosecution.  File be consigned to the record room.
