Despite repeated calls complainant has not appeared. The present complaint case was filed on 10.05.2019. Complainant is not appearing for past two dates of hearings 15.09.2022 and 10.07.2023. Therefore present complaint case is dismissed in default of the complainant as well as for non prosecution.
