(1)               Heard Adv.Sanjay Bhosale for the applicant/appellant, who has filed this misc.application for condonation of delay and Mr.J.B.Gai, Authorised Representative for the non-applicant/respondent. 

(2)               There is delay of 12 days in filing the appeal.  In our view, the delay is properly explained by showing sufficient cause.  As per the Sec.15 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, subject to payment of certain cost delay can be condoned. Under the circumstances, Misc.Application No.174/12 is allowed subject to cost of `1,000/- payable by the applicant/appellant to the non-applicant/respondent.
