     Case taken up today in National Lok Adalat. Parties physically present. On attempt, the matter has been settled between the parties. Statement of complainant has been recorded today on the previous order sheet that the matter has been settled between the parties and hence he withdraws the present case being satisfied. In view of this, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being settled.   

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
