Opposite Party No.2 exparte.

Today both the parties stated at bar that they have got compromised and accordingly statement of Sh.Gurpreet Singh, Representative of the Opposite Part No.1 & 3 recorded separately and he produced a new mobile set Model No.ANdi 5 L Rider bearing EMI No.911513850089392, with six months warranty from today, as per terms and conditions of the Original Warranty Policy. Similarly, the Complainant also suffered a statement which is recorded separately that he admitted the statement of Representative of Opposite Party No.1 & 3 and further withdraw the complaint being fully satisfied.

After taking into consideration, statements of both the parties, it is ordered that the complaint of the Complainant is fully satisfied as a new mobile set has been handed over to the Complainant in this Forum which is accepted by the Complainant after opening the box and accordingly a new mobile handset has been given to the Complainant with the condition that it will have warranty of six months from today as per terms and conditions mentioned in the Warranty Policy and accordingly this compliant is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copies of the order be supplied to the parties free of cost, as per Rules. File be consigned to the record room.
