Complainant is absent. No representation. Complainant is continuously absent from the proceedings of the case from 30-11-2021. He did not take the steps against the opposite party as directed by this Commission. Inspite of receipt of notice from this Commission, complainant failed to appear before the Commission and to take steps against the opposite party. Hence it can be seen from the conduct of the complainant that complainant is not interested to proceed with the complaint. Hence the complaint is dismissed for default.
