This is a complaint filed under section 35 of Consumer Protection Act 2019 and the matter stood over to this date for consideration.After hearing the matter the commission passed an order as follows:
This is a case filed by the complainant against the opposite parties alleging deficiency in service. When the case came up for consideration to day, the complainant filed a memo stating that the dispute between the parties to the proceedings is amicably settled out of court and the complainants are not willing to further proceed with this case. The memo of settlement filed by the complainant is accepted and recorded. In view of the memo of settlement, we find that this is a fit case to be dismissed as settled.
In the result the complaint is dismissed. There will be no order as to cost.
A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements is forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
