Final Order / Judgement

Hazira submitted by the O.P. but the Ld. Advocate of the Complainant has submitted Ptn.No.137 with prayer to put necessary order because the Complainant is not keeping contact with the lawyer to clarify the point No.(1) How many sanctioned amount disbursed by the Bank toward advance payment of the price of machine. (2) How many installament has been recovered from the Complainant by the Bank and (3) What are he documenting evidence regarding colection of money of Rs.10,000/- and Rs.5000/- by the O.P. No.3 from the Complainant.

As the parties are not appearing for oral argument to clarify the above point at this stage considering the fact stated in the above Ptn.No.137 by the Ld. Advocate of the Complainant this case is filed.
