                   None has appeared on behalf of the appellant inspite of several calls.

                  Hence, put up after some time.

Case is again called out at several intervals. 

But none has appeared on behalf of the appellant. 

A perusal of the court notice (paper No. 39) has shown that inspite of service of court notice, the appellant has not appeared to contest the appeal before this Commission. 

It appears that the appellant is not interested to contest the appeal.  Hence, in such circumstances the appeal is hereby dismissed in absence of the appellant. No order as to costs of the appeal.

File be consigned to the record room alongwith copy of this order.

A copy of this order be sent to the concerned District Commission for perusal, information and necessary action.
