Sh.Ravinder Singh, authorized signatory for the opposite parties got recorded his statement that matter has been compromised with the complainant and as per settlement, the complainant does not want to continue the connection and the opposite party will clear the account of the complainant by waiving the outstanding amount and thereafter, the connection will be discontinued on submitting of modem and submission of disconnection request (if required). In view of the above statement, Sh.Vishal Gupta, complainant got recorded his statement that he accepted the settlement arrived in between the parties and as such, he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and same may be dismissed as withdrawn. Resultantly, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
