Today, Ld. counsel for the complainant has made statement that he is agreeing with the statement suffered by the Ld. counsel for the opposite parties on 2.6.2016 and on the basis of statement, the complainant does not want to proceed with the present complaint further and same may be dismissed as withdrawn being satisfied.
