Complainant absent. No representation. Opposite party 2 represented. Complainant is continuously absent from 05-03-2021 onwards. Despite the repeated notice, complainant is not appeared before the Forum. Counsel for the complainant is not appeared before the Forum in last several postings. Complainant did not produced the panel of experts as directed by this Commission. Therefore it can be understand from the conduct of the complainant is that he is not interested to proceed with the case. Hence the complaint is dismissed for default.
