Appeal is filed by the Decree Holder against the Order passed in execution proceedings.  Appellant/Decree Holder remained consecutively absent on several posting dates. On the last posting date we issued notice to the appellant.  Proxy counsel represents on behalf of the appellant today and seeks for time stating of inconvenience of counsel for the appellant.  We are not impressed of the request made for adjournment.

 2.     Perusing the order passed by the District Forum, challenged in the appeal, we notice that over and above compensation awarded by the forum in the execution proceedings decree holder had applied for additional sum claiming them towards expenses incurred for prosecuting his claim.  The District Forum has rightly and correctly observed that it cannot be go behind the decree, and challenge is against that Order is devoid of any merit.  Appeal is dismissed.
