            The complainant in this case has not appeared after 21.11.2019.  He was unrepresented on 13.01.2020, 12.03.2020, 26.10.2020, 08.12.2020, 17.2.2021, 07.05.2021, 11.08.2021 and 11.03.2022. Rejoinder/Evidence of complainant are still awaited. Today again he is absent.  It appears that the complainant is not interested in pursuing the  matter.  Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed in default of appearance and non-prosecution.  File be consigned to record room.
