In view of statements made by them, the present complaint is disposed off with the direction to the Opposite Party to give new pair of shoes of the same model and rate to the complainant after receiving the old shoes, if already not received from him. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs under the rules. File be consigned to the record room.
