This complaint is coming for hearing before us in the presence of Thiru.S. Arumugam, those who appeared in person and the opposite party set exparte and after hearing on the side of complainant this Forum passed the following:

ORDER

          Complainant present. In view of order made in C.C.24/2018 dated 14.11.2019, 0n the file of this forum, this consumer complaint is closed, since the complainant is not a consumer in purview of the definition of sec 2 (1) (d) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.

          Hence, the complaint is closed.
