Present: Complainant in person.

The present complaint case is on admission stage. The complainant has been making several complaints against this Commission before several authorities and recently made a complaint to Hon’ble State Commission on the basis of wrong allegations. In the recent letter to Hon’ble President, State Commission allegation made that this Commission is prejudice to the complainant.

In these circumstances where complainant is making wrong allegations against this Commission we do not wish to proceed with this complaint, therefore present case be placed before Hon’ble State Commission for onward transmission/ transfer to any other District Commission.

Parties are directed to appear before Hon’ble State Commission on 29.04.2024

 for further necessary actions/directions
