Complaint is allowed as under:<br /> o.p. is directed to allot either site No.8777 if availabe as on today, to the complainant, or in alternative allot her a similar site on following conditions.<br /> The complainant is directed to deposit the balance amount of Rs.8,320/- along with interest at the rate of 9% p.a. from 28-08-1998 till the date of deposit within a period of 3 months from the date of this order.<br /> The complainant shall incur all necessary expenses for documentation, registration, etc.<br /> On payment of such amount, o.p. shall deliver vacant possession of the above mentioned site or an alternative similar site to the complainant, within a period of one month from the date of deposit of such amount.<br /> If complainant fails to deposit the amount as ordered by this Forum, within stipulated date, the complaint shall be deemed as dismissed.<br /> Having regard to the facts and circumstances, parties to bear their costs.<br /> Give a copy of this order to both parties according to law.
