Present:       Shri Gaurav Gupta, son of the Complainant.

                   Ms. Ritu Goyal, Authorised Representative and Shri Krishan Kumar Narwal, ZTO, for the OP.

 

                   Today, Shri Gaurav Gupta, son of the Complainant has filed list of LR’s of Complainant(since deceased), and by making a separate statement, stated that he is a legal representative of the Complainant(since deceased) and that he has been duly authorized by other legal representatives of the Complainant(since deceased) qua making the statement of withdrawal of the present complaint as the grievances involved in the present matter has been resolved by the OP; hence, he withdraws the present complaint, being fully satisfied.

                    Heard. In view of the statement made by Shri Gaurav Gupta, son/legal representative of the Complainant(since deceased), the present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
