Mr. I.R. Biradar, Advocate, present on behalf of the Petitioner and Mr. M.A. Hulyal, Advocate, on behalf of the Respondent. On 11.07.2012 this Commission was informed by Counsel for the Respondent that the parties were working on reaching an amicable settlement on the dispute. Today, learned Counsel representing the parties filed a joint memo duly signed by them as well as the Petitioner/Complainant, which is taken on record. They prayed that the revision petition be disposed of in terms of the settlement. Since no further orders are called for in this revision petition, it is disposed of in terms of the settlement. The case file may be consigned to the record room.
