                 Complainant is absent on call. No step taken  on his  behalf since the  statutory period for admission  of this case  is over the same has  been considered on perusal of the material  available on record. Perused  the complainant  petition. The  complainant  petition filed by the  complainant  does not  disclosed    that  the OP s are  the implementing  agency  for digging  of bore well in the field  of the complainant. Hence  the Ops are not rendering service to the complainant under  the scheme. Accordingly the  case of the complainant is not admissible  under  the provisions  of C.P Act.

                           Hence  the case  of the complainant  is dismissed as not admissible.
